Outplacement Modules
SKC London has carefully created a set of modules designed to deliver the most relevant support possible. Chosen by the participants and scheduled at a time that suits you, unlike many outplacement services, these programmes truly are exclusive to each individual.
Every programme starts with an initial consultation where among other things, we will discuss which of the modules below would be most beneficial so that we can be as efficient and effective as possible.
Initial Call
During an initial call, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss the following modules in detail to decide which are best suited to you.

You’ve done the hard part and got the interview. We’ll help you effectively prepare for it and give you some top tips on brushing up on those interview skills.
The Job Search
We’ll take you through how to navigate the various job boards and various ways to apply for roles and how to make an application.

An in-depth evaluation of your CV with everything you should and shouldn’t include to help you portray the best of your skills and experience.
Career Transformation
In this module, we’ll look at whether further training or personal development might be right for you.
Managing Job Offers

Everything you need to know about getting the most out of LinkedIn to support your job search.

Confidence in the Workplace
