Sue began her career in Learning & Development before making the move into recruitment, where she has worked in the heart of the London job market for 30 years. Writing and delivering training, providing individual development support for teams of up to 100 members and developing comprehensive understanding of what makes a fantastic job application, all in all, Sue is an extremely experienced Career Coach.
Why Outplacement
Sue has always been passionate about developing and supporting people enabling them to identify their own strengths and development areas. She loves to work closely with people getting to really know them and understand their aspirations and her longstanding knowledge of the London jobs market means she has a wealth of knowledge to share to help with new opportunities and changes of direction. She has also enjoyed working with a variety of schools, providing interview training, CV and interview preparation for pupils about to embark on their career journey.
